Thanks to our friends Kristina and Adrian.. we are now big fans of ‘table grilling’. We had to pick up one of our own today.. yummm
I really need to work on how to get a much more natural lighting for food photography (I think it’s a tad dark)… but … is this not an awesome looking potato?

i agree that it's a tad dark. maybe just a longer exposure? changing the white balans to a warmer tone, might make it look even tastier!
we do this always for christmas: noone is confined to the kitchen :-)
this is definitely going to come back to the States with us.. much better than hours in the kitchen...
