Ilse, Brett and Terrie's neighbor had told us about an annual tradition that the small towns have here in Belgium. Beerse (which we will be calling home starting in February) has been doing this for about 10 years now. All of the real christmas trees are gathered and the town comes togther for a big bonfire! There was music, food and of course drink!
