We have been told it's really out of the normal for weather like this. Amy's Bosses Boss has been in the country for 5 years now. Prior to this year he had seen 7 total snows and none of them stayed on the ground for more than 1 day... this year... 7 snows and it's staying around for much more than 1 day.
