First port was Messina, Sicily. Morgan called it ‘Miss Tina, Siciwy’ – very cute..
This first shot was actually taken on the first day on board.. I just put it in the wrong folder..
Now we are back on track and Messina pictures…
Very pretty little town. Panoramic shots will come later in another post.. I took quite a few but need to do them later…
This was a sanctuary that we walked up to
It wasn’t too hard to find the ship in this town…
Steps up to the sanctuary
The front of a very neat clock from the 1930’s. Amy's Blog will have more of this church and I am sure the cute Morgan story with it…
relaxing…
Hungry yet?
Ceiling in the church. This town was heavily bombed by the allies and suffered a major earthquake. Most of the buildings had to be rebuilt so are not that old. They did a good job of rebuilding though – they rebuild this church to it’s original 11th century plans.
This was also the first formal night – which we skipped out on and went to Johnny Rockets. I am slightly embarrassed to say this but the two nights we went here were my two favorite dinners on the ship. After 18 months away from American Cheeseburgers.. these tasted like pure heaven!
Vanilla Milkshake + 3 straws = Yummy Desert

I LOVE the picture of Amy and Morgan with the milkshake! Great pics and looks like you all had a great time.
Thanks Jessie - I love it too (and not just because the milkshake was awesome!).
Morgan's eyes are just too funny there...
